Project Manager Boutique

Responsibilities
 
1- Responsible to deliver each project on time , within Quality standards, and within Budget 
2- Manage the end to end program , from the intitial brief till the delivery of each project
3 - Manage the time line of the project, including the subcontractors - report the progresses during formal and regular project management meetings 
4- Interface in between the client, the supplier(s), the landlord, the local authorities, the design and production teams, and any other partners, internal and external, for all matters related to the project
5- He/she is the main point of contact to the client in the daily interaction with them - Streamline and manage communication with the client
6- Visit site prior to each project and inform designers about restrictions or issues ; Manages and coordinates all the subcontractors on site - ensure they perform their duty on time and within specifications as not to jeopardize the overall time line of the project - stay close to the site at any critical step of the project, and ensure issues can be anticipated or avoided.
7 - is responsible to escalade the issues and  monitors timely resolution of the issues   
 
Requirements
 
At least 8 to 10 years related working experience, with at least 3 years in new store opening project Management in Luxury and/or Cosmetics.
Basic knowledge of materials, structures , Costs and production processes in retail furniture and construction in the luxury and Cosmetics Industry in China.
Proven Project Management and coordination skills and good communication capabilities in Mandarin and English.
Is self directed, feels accountable to deliver results with excellence, and a team player ; can work under pressure and travel whenever it is needed.
Candidate should be able to understand Technical drawing and master basic productivity tools
